Our signature candle trio features three candles, each created to express a different intention. Each color — black, red, and green — accompanies a different inner state.release — attract — grow
Begin with the black one. Sandalwood and frankincense ground you and bring you back to yourself. It’s a cleansing ritual, a moment of letting go. Perfect for a quiet evening by yourself or a slow Saturday night. The red candle melts rose and jasmine into passion and closeness, with a hint of sweetness — made for romantic moments or a Friday night. The green one inspires with herbal richness and nudges you into action with a touch of citrus — ideal for Thursdays, as a gentle lead-in to a productive end of the week. Before you light the candle, pause. Let your breath slow and feel the space around you settle. Take a deep breath. As you exhale, shape your intention and direct it into the candle. Light it and let it burn through. If needed, gently extinguish the flame with a snuffer or your fingers.
FrankINCENSE IS A PRECIOUS RESIN that was historically valued as much as or more than gold, used for millennia in perfumes, medicine, and religious practices. It HAS BEEN USED IN TEMPLES AND PALACES SINCE ANCIENT TIMES, WHERE KINGS AND PRIESTS BURNT IT DURING CEREMONIES. The SMOKE of frankincense is CONSIDERED A BRIDGE BETWEEN THE MATERIAL AND SPIRITUAL WORLDS. IN SACRED PRACTICES, it SYMBOLIZES PURIFICATION, SACRIFICE, AND THE PRESENCE OF THE spirit.the Aromatic profile is WARM, RESINOUS BOUQUET with primarily woody, earthy, and balsamic, with bright top notes of citrus (lemon/orange peel) and pine, a warm, spicy heart. sweet, grounding base notes, often described as clean and ancient.
WE RECOMMEND USING An incense burner OR An AROMA CANDLE BURNER WHERE THE INCENSE DOES NOT TOUCH THE COAL. THIS ENSURES THE AROMA DISTRIBUTES SLOWLY AND REMAINS SWEET AND GENTLE. IT IS IMPORTANT TO HEAT THE RESIN GRADUALLY, AVOIDING AN OPEN FLAME. USE A stable SURFACE and put the incense burner AWAY FROM CLOTHES, PAPER AND OTHER FLAMMABLE ITEMS. DO NOT LEAVE INCENSE UNATTENDED DURING BURNING AND MAKE SURE THE AREA IS VENTILATED TO KEEP THE SCENT CLEAN AND SOFT. KEEP INCENSE OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN AND ANIMALS. AFTER FINISHING, MAKE SURE THAT INCENSE AND COALS ARE COMPLETELY EXTINGUISHED.
ACIDITY AND OVERHEATINGAn acidic or slightly sour smell in frankincense is considered to be normal, often stemming from its natural chemical composition. The characteristic aroma of high-quality frankincense is caused by trace amounts olibanic acids. These specific compounds create the "churchlike" smell, which is often interpreted as slightly sharp, acidic, or lemony, particularly in top notes. Frankincense often contains high amounts of alpha-pinene, which can contribute a piney, and sometimes biting or acidic scent.IT IS IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER THAT WHILE THE ACIDITY IN THE PROFILE IS NORMAL, IT CAN BE ADJUSTED BY NOT ALLOWING OVERHEATING. IF YOU ARE BURNING THE RESIN, USING A COAL THAT IS TOO HOT CAN BURN THE RESIN QUICKLY, LEADING TO A HARSH, ACIDIC, OR ACRID SCENT RATHER THAN A SMOOTH and SWEET ONE.
OUR INCENSE IS OF THE HIGHEST CLASS A (PREMIUM INCENSE WITH NATURAL OILS) AND IS PRODUCED IN GREECE Where THE RAW FRANKINCENSE RESIN is blended with essential oils to create distinct, aromatic blends.
